Should you need to return your product, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to go over your options. Please include your order number in the email.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We are not able to offer a credit on the original shipping charge and are not responsible for the return shipping charge.
If you believe your wine is damaged (corked or otherwise), please re-seal the bottle(s) with the remaining wine left and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a return shipment.
If a package is returned to our facility due to the customer not being present to sign for the package and failing to pick it up at the FedEx facility, their order will be treated as a return. This includes orders that were shipped as gifts.
All returns must be made within a 10-day window from the time the product was delivered.
