Shipping & Return Policy

 DELIVERY OPTION FOR SELECT ZIP CODES SURROUNDING SOUTHINGTON CONNECTICUT IS IN EFFECT:  A $10 delivery fee will be charged for each order, tip included.  Once you place your order we will email you with the time slot to expect your delivery.

Our goal is to have your order to you within 4 hours of your order being placed.  When we arrive we will place the package on the ground and knock on your door or ring a door bell.  We will then ask to see an ID from a distance to make sure you are 21 years of age.  Our goal is to maintain as much distance as possible during the delivery to ensure we are being as cautious as we can be.  Our delivery drivers will be wearing gloves as well.  We have suspended our national shipping operation to service our local customers in their time of need, and to do our part in reducing the spread of the Coronavirus.  If you have a special concern regarding your delivery please email us at [email protected]

All wines delivered must be received and signed for by an Individual 21 Years of Age Or Older at time of delivery.

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Worldwide Wine & Spirits is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that shipment selection may affect the processing duration, which is normally 1-3 business days. Your order may take longer to process if there is insufficient inventory to fulfill the ordered quantity.  Product resupplies will be ordered when insufficient inventory is discovered and may delay shipment by 1-7 days depending on our product suppliers.  

Many states restrict the shipment of wine. If your state is not listed below we cannot ship to you; please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area.

Please be advised that shipping times vary by state.

Shipping for CA, CT, DC, ID, NE, NM, NV, WV, and WY will take around 1-5 business days for ground delivery.

Shipping for AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI will take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery, after product is ready to ship. By placing your order you accept the amount of time for delivery and will not be eligible for a refund within the previously stated time frames for that delivery.

If your order is canceled for this reason you will be subject to the return shipping charge and 10% restocking fee with no credit towards your original shipping cost.

 

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We are not able to offer a credit on the original shipping charge and are not responsible for the return shipping charge.

If you believe your wine is damaged (corked or otherwise), please re-seal the bottle(s) with the remaining wine left and email us at [email protected] to coordinate a return shipment. 

If a package is returned to our facility due to the customer not being present to sign for the package and failing to pick it up at the FedEx facility, their order will be treated as a return. This includes orders that were shipped as gifts.

All returns must be made within a 10 day window from the time the product was delivered.
